1. Services and Products

Pinnacle Vibrations LLC offers sound bathe services, wellness sessions, workshops, events, digital audio recordings, educational content, and related products (collectively, “Services”). All Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through approved payment methods. Pinnacle Vibrations LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

Appointments, sessions, and events must be scheduled in advance. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmation is provided by Pinnacle Vibrations LLC.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

5. Digital Products and Content

All digital products, including audio recordings and downloadable content, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Wellness Disclaimer

Sound bathe services are intended for relaxation, personal growth, and wellness support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare. Pinnacle Vibrations LLC does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Customers are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding their health.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, recordings, and materials provided by Pinnacle Vibrations LLC are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchases do not transfer ownership rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Vibrations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Pinnacle Vibrations LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Pinnacle Vibrations LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Continued purchases after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
